  They sent someone to help us with the airco immediately. Friendly staff and a very good -although not included- breakfast. Big room.

  We stayed there because the city was in a convenient location for our travels through Quebec province.

  The exterior was unappealing; trash cans near the entrance to the wing we were in.

  Convenience of location. Very clean and comfortable beds.

  Rooms offered are cavelike dark with low ceilings and small windows--- refurbished old motel. Would recommend only with explanations.

  I find that the staffs here were wonderfully friendly. The food served at the hotel's restaurant was spectacular and the swimming pool + gym is great !!! There was one thing that I would like to see improve is the hygiene aspect. We had booked one of the best rooms but it wasn't as nice and clean as we had anticipated. We were there for 4 days and I font think our room and the hallways got vacuumed - not once. Other than that, the facility was fantastic - I would definately stay here again if we were to come visit Chicoutimi again

  Easy to find, not so far from the city center (but ou still need your car to get there)

  The room hasn't been aerated for ages; it had very bad smell but after a hour of open window it was OK

  It was ok, not much more.

  They came twice to clean the room on the morning I was leaving. The first time, they came when I was out for breakfast. When I came back, the sheets on the bed had been removed and left in a ball on the second bed, and they had put the dirty glasses and coffee mugs in the bathroom sink. I had no place to brush my teeth anymore. While I was in the room, they opened the door to come in a second time. I advised the front desk, but they seamed to find this normal.

  The staff is friendly

  This hotel has seen its best years. We had a room in block C, which was not better than a cheap motelroom. The room smelled bad and was very dark.. It had an outside entrance, so we had to keep our window locked at night. Badroom very small.

  Everything was great this trip

  Shower stalls should have curved curtain rods for more shoulder room. I"m a big guy.
